Is oatmeal good for my skin?
Oatmeal acts as a natural cleanser and exfoliator by removing dead skin cells to leave your skin clearer and brighter.
Colloidal oatmeal contains several components that are beneficial for the skin.

When do I use an exfoliant?
Use your exfoliant twice a week. Cleanse thoroughly with either Foaming Cleanser or your Evening Cleanser. Remove all excess cleanser with warm water and apply your exfoliant.
How do I use my exfoliant?
Use a small amount of Exfoliant, mix with a little water as you apply. Use only your finger-tips for gentle, small, circular movement on your face.
When your skin is dry, apply your Face Serum & Moisturiser.
Why is oatmeal a good exfoliator?
